Steel & O'Brien Manufacturing in Ohio is seeking a General Laborer to support our distribution center operations. This hands-on role focuses on receiving inbound products, unloading containers, and assisting with warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions, work independently or with a team, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and safety procedures.

• Physically unload inbound products and containers.
• Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory organization.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipment quantities, and repackage products as needed.
• Sort, clean, and prepare parts for quality inspections.

Pay Range

$18- $19per hour depending on experience.
