Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with the process of pouring concrete, including cutting strands, helping with rebar placement, and supporting other plant tasks. Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe work environment and high-quality products.

  • Receive instructions, move torches, steel, and tool buggies to designated areas, and unload materials.
  • Lay out rebar, plates, loops, channels, and insulations.
  • Pull strands, thread bulkheads, and cut strands with grinders.
  • Place and tie rebar, loops, and wires; set form and side plates.
  • Prepare for concrete pours.
  • Clean work areas after members are stripped and dispose of trash and scrap materials.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred; or 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
