Job summary

Hunter Contracting Co. is seeking a General Laborer to support our construction crews on highway and road projects in Arizona. The role involves assisting with site preparation, material handling, and basic layout tasks to help teams stay productive and safe on the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) years' experience in the construction industry in highway/street & road construction.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions.
• Has a great deal of awareness of soil conditions and proper slopes.

• Takes pride in craftsmanship.

General Laborer

Hunter Contracting is seeking General Laborer to assist construction crews with various duties.

Responsible for:

• Cleaning or preparing construction site to eliminate hazards.
• Demolishing and/or placing construction materials.
• Measuring, marking or recording layout areas for construction.
• Signaling equipment operators to align and adjust machinery.
• Loading, unloading materials, machinery, tools and distributing to appropriate locations and personnel.
