Job summary

Construction Job Force is hiring experienced local construction laborers for a large-scale solar project in San Antonio, TX. The role involves installing piles, racking systems, and solar panels, with duties across general labor on a fast-paced outdoor site.

The position is contract-based, onsite, with a Monday–Saturday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and expected 50–60 hours per week. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities to gain solar construction

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction, general labor, or outdoor work experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Job Overview

Join a large-scale solar construction project and help build a large renewable energy facility. This role involves installing piles, racking systems, and solar panels while supporting general construction activities in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Role: General Labor

Duration: project is currently scheduled to last through Spring but is subject to change depending on progress

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours: 50-60 hours per week (anticipated)

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
