Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member in Brookville, OH to assist with warehouse and logistics processes. You will participate in sorts, uphold safety and quality standards, and follow kanban/FIFO workflows under supervision.

The role emphasizes quick learning, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and a solid safety record while performing duties across the shift with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required, plus post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Understand and practice Kanban and FIFO methods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sorts per work instructions in an efficient manner.
• Understand ergonomics related to setup and work cell flow.
• Follow the Company's General Rules and Regulations.
• Contribute to a safe work environment for colleagues.
• Forward suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate understanding of 5S in daily tasks.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
• Maintain diligence and accuracy to work instruction parameters.
