Job summary

TFT Global Inc. in Brookville, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support sorts and workflow efficiency. You will apply Kanban and FIFO principles, ensure proper labeling, and maintain a safe, accurate work environment.

Candidates should be able to follow work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement, and perform duties with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check, Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical and Drug Screen
• Understand and practice Kanban, FIFO methods
• Meet minimum requirements as stated in job posting

• Participate in sorts as required per work instructions in an efficient manner
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work cell flow
• Understand the requirements of the Company's General Rules and Regulations
• Participate in safe work environment for fellow member
• Forward suggestions for continuous improvement
