PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

The purpose of this position is to assist with daily operational duties at the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location, following the maintenance schedule for the facility and equipment.
• Manage inventory and distribution of products, including driving and delivering miscellaneous products as requested, and stocking/moving warehouse materials.
• Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel and maintain the facility and equipment's appearance.
• Contribute to achieving goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT procedures.
• Drive and run local errands as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of retail-related experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management and mechanics.
• Demonstrate business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to lift 51-70 lbs frequently.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) as required.

Additional conditions include exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, and working outside normal hours to meet seasonal demands. Willingness to participate in training related to GROWMARK's policies and procedures. Employment is contingent upon background checks, drug tests, motor vehicle reports, and references as applicable.
