Position Summary

The primary purpose of the Laborer position is to perform a wide variety of general labor tasks to reach project goals and as directed by the position's supervisor. Minorities/Females/Individuals with Disabilities/Veterans/Economically Disadvantaged Individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
• Perform tasks which may include concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
• Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.
• Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.

Education/Certification(s)/License(s)

• High school diploma or equivalent - Preferred.

• Prior experience as a laborer or equivalent experience - Preferred..
• Mechanical aptitude - Preferred.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR.
