Job summary

JENNMAR Corporation seeks General Laborers for the Graysville, PA area to support the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant. Day and night shift roles offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits plan. Training provided and MSHA surface requirements are part of onboarding.

Compensation includes $22–$23 per hour with a $1/hour raise after 90 days, plus paid vacation/holidays and benefits such as healthcare and 401(k).

• Able to pass background check and drug/alcohol testing
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Comfortable with 10-hour shifts and physically demanding work

Responsibilities

• Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris
• Hose and shovel coal/coal dust in prep plant, transfer buildings & silos
• Perform general labor and maintenance tasks as needed
• Comply with safety training and site rules

General Laborer -Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay**

Plant Location: Graysville, PA

** C ompetitive Pay and a Comprehensive Benefits Plan, Including 401(K). +$1.00/Hour Raise at 90-Days (Pending Performance Review)**

JMS Turning Point Division, is currently seeking Day and Night Shift General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available. Training provided

Responsibilities of General Laborers:

• Keep Walkways & Catwalks clear of debris
• Hose & Shovel Coal/Coal Dust in Prep Plant, Transfer Buildings & Silos
• General Labor & Maintenance Work Where Needed
• MSHA Surface Papers are required (We will provide training)

Work Schedule ofGeneral Laborers:

• Tuesday night thru Saturday Morning or Saturday night thru Wednesday morning.
• Day Shift 7:00 am - 5:00 pm – 4 on 3 off (10-hour days)
• Night Shift 9:00 pm - 7:00 am – 4 on 3 off (10-hour days)
• Overtime Available
• Full Time Hours

Compensation ofGeneral Laborers:

• $22-23.00 per hour
• $1/hr raise after 90 days - pending performance review

Prerequisites:

• MSHA Surface Training + site tour (Will be provided)
• Able to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
