Job summary

JMS Turning Point Division is seeking Day and Night Shift General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available. Training provided.

Responsibilities include keeping walkways clear, shoveling coal and coal dust, and performing general labor and maintenance work as needed. Night shifts run 9:00 pm to 7:00 am with 4 on/3 off; overtime is available.

Qualifications

• MSHA Surface Training required; site tour provided.
• Able to work full shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Pass background check and drug/alcohol testing, including hair follicle test.

• Hose and shovel coal/coal dust in prep plant, transfer buildings and silos.
• Perform general labor and maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities of General Laborers:

• Keep Walkways & Catwalks clear of debris
• Hose & Shovel Coal/Coal Dust in Prep Plant, Transfer Buildings & Silos
• General Labor & Maintenance Work Where Needed
• MSHA Surface Papers are required (We will provide training)

Work Schedule of General Laborers:

• Tuesday night thru Saturday Morning or Saturday night thru Wednesday morning.
• Night Shift 9:00 pm - 7:00 am - 4 on 3 off (10-hour days)
• Overtime Available
• Full Time Hours

Compensation of General Laborers:

• $22-23.00 per hour
• $1/hr raise after 90 days - pending performance review

Prerequisites:
