Job summary

Didion Orf Recycling Inc. is hiring Recycling Associates to greet customers, unload vehicles, weigh and sort materials, and perform warehouse duties in a safety-conscious environment.

You will operate a forklift, assist with shipping/receiving, and help maintain a clean, organized facility while contributing to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experienced forklift operator.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Routinely bend, push, pull, twist and repeat.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Experience with scrap metals is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Recycling Associate

• Recycling Associates are responsible for greeting customers.
• Unloading vehicles.
• Weighing and sorting materials.
• Customer service.
• Utilization of a forklift to move materials.
• Sorting materials.
• Assist with shipping and receiving and other warehouse duties.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
