Position-Related Duties And Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
2. Keep equipment and area clean to comply with GMP standards.
3. Ensure safety conditions are maintained and report or correct safety and quality issues immediately.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve machinery or quality problems.
5. Work an 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shift as needed to meet business demands, including mandatory overtime.
6. Lift up to 60 lbs.
7. Stand for extended periods, walk, lift, climb, crouch, bend, reach, and stoop.
8. Follow all safety practices, rules, and company policies.
9. Handle and clean bulk transfer hoses, rework products manually, handle materials for production lines, and supply equipment with necessary materials.
10. Perform quality checks as required.

Education And Additional Requirements

1. High School diploma or GED.
2. 1-3 years of general work experience.
3. Preferred experience in production or manufacturing.
4. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
5. Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

Pay Range: $36,941 - $41,600. Compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, financial, and other options depending on the role.
