About The Role

We're seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our production team! This role is responsible for the "Scrapping" process of removing excess paperboard from products such as folding cartons and air filter frames. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in accuracy and quality craftsmanship, we would like to meet you!

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm.
• Occasional overtime on Fridays.
• No weekends

Base Starting Wage : $14/hour

What You'll Do

• Remove excess paperboard from die-cut items using air and manual scrapping hammers
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and proper scoring
• Use a manual pallet jack to move die-cut loads to the scrapping area
• Prepare finished skids for gluing or shipping
• Label , wrap, and state materials as needed
