Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to support manufacturing operations, aiming to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
• Assist with various plant and facilities-related tasks, supporting all jobs on the plant floor.
• Follow all safety rules, including lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May be required to lift and stack parts weighing up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and all shifts as needed.
• Good attendance record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments preferred.
