Job Summary:

Grady Rentals LLC is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our Oil Field Rental and Containment Division. The General Laborer will assist the Containment Crew in various tasks, including equipment cleaning, shop maintenance, equipment delivery, and driving crew members to job sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Containment Crew: Support the crew in setting up, maintaining, and removing containment systems at job sites.
• Transport Crew & Equipment: Drive the containment crew to and from job locations safely and efficiently.
• Equipment Cleaning: Wash and maintain company equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop organized and clean, disposing of waste properly and ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly.
• Deliver Equipment: Transport equipment and materials to and from various job sites as needed.
• Follow Safety Regulations: Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Previous experience in oilfield services, general labor, or industrial work is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
