Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a General Laborer to support manufacturing and maintenance projects.

In this outdoor mill environment you will perform a variety of physical tasks, keep sites clean, and follow safety protocols to help ensure projects run smoothly and safely. The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and reliability, with a Tue-Sat schedule from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM and non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior general labor, construction, manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by cleaning debris and organizing supplies, mainly in an outdoor mill environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Help with site cleanup and waste removal (sawdust & wood fragments) to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily objectives efficiently and on schedule.
• Operate forklift.
