Job summary

CMC is seeking a production operator in Cullman, AL to support fabricating reinforced steel products. You will operate control stations, monitor machines, and ensure material quality for concrete and wire reinforcement.

Responsibilities include meeting production targets, inspecting equipment, and performing basic troubleshooting. The role requires 1+ year of industry experience, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industry experience.
• English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge or software skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate control station and header cart.
• Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order.
• Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
• Inspect wire cages / reinforcements.
• Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
• Meet production schedule numbers.
• Produce quality product.
• Be able to perform basic troubleshooting on production and concrete batching machinery.
