Job summary

JM & Associates is hiring General Laborers for their Brighton, MI facility. This is a long-term position with room to grow. The role involves assisting with daily production activities including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection, with training provided on basic equipment.

Shifts include 1st: $16.65 per hour (8am-4:30pm) and 2nd Shift: $16.85 per hour (4:30 PM – 12:30 AM) with a $0.20 shift premium. Benefits include weekly pay and health coverage (medical, dental, vision).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection
• Operate basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols
• Support machine operators with materials and finished goods
• Track and report production output and any issues to supervisors
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily goals
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
