Job Description: General Laborer at Western Specialty Contractors, Little Rock, AR

Join America's Master Craftsmen in Restoration and Preservation! Western Specialty Contractors is seeking self-motivated individuals to serve as General Laborers at our Little Rock, AR branch. Whether experienced or new to the trade, we encourage all to apply!

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with mixing cement and other materials
2. Loading, transporting, and unloading materials and tools
3. Cleaning work areas and restocking supplies
4. Rigging scaffolding and assisting with installation tasks
5. Performing minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
6. Removing rough spots from concrete and patching holes
7. Supporting concrete and masonry restoration tasks, including patching, tuckpointing, brick replacement, and caulking

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in a trade or craft
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights and in extreme temperatures
• Willingness to wear safety equipment and work weekends, nights, or out of town if needed
• Reliable transportation

Candidates may need to provide their own tools of the trade.
