Job summary

Mullens Markings Inc. is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company serving North Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia. We are seeking hardworking team members to join our growing crew and contribute to highway and roadway improvement projects.

This role involves outdoor work, surface preparation, and applying markings on highways and parking lots. You will lift materials, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with a crew in active work zones.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare pavement surfaces for paint, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic applications.
• Apply pavement markings including: highway long lines, intersection markings (arrows, messages, symbols), parking lot striping.
• Lift, carry, load, and unload construction materials and equipment including pavement marking supplies, safety cones, stencils, and traffic control devices.
• Work safely as part of a crew in active roadway and construction environments.
• Follow company safety procedures and project specifications.
