Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands, including lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts.
• Willingness to travel for weeks at a time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and debris.
• Assist onsite tradespeople (welders, installers, carpenters).
• Transport heavy materials and equipment between locations.
• Operate power tools and industrial equipment.
• Set up cones and warning signs to ensure visibility.
• Construct, block and level, and dismantle temporary structures.
• Perform other manual labor tasks as directed by supervision.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
