Responsibilities

• Assist with the shipping and receiving of materials, staging, and inventory.
• Examine and test machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts for defects to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist with the assembly of gang boxes and project materials.
• Assist with the positioning of vehicles, machinery, equipment, and other objects for assembly, installation, and/or service.
• Assist with the maintenance of physical structures/offices by doing general work.
• Visit job sites as needed to deliver and exchange parts, tools, or equipment.
• Occasional help on job sites to move or set equipment and cases.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record
• Physically able to walk distances, crouch, climb ladders, work at high elevations, and lift/carry objects up to fifty pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as required
• Knowledge of basic refrigeration and HVAC is preferred
