Job Description for General Laborer Position

Seeking individuals to fill positions performing general labor/helper needs. We are a restoration company providing water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation services. We are looking for goal-oriented individuals who are ready and willing to work. Our company operates 24/7 emergency services, and the position is full-time, which may require after-hours, weekends, holidays, etc. There is room for advancement within the company, and paid training is available for those interested and capable.

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass both background check and drug screening
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Computer literacy, with knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Construction experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary
