Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist in various plant and facilities-related tasks, supporting all jobs on the plant floor.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment standards according to 5S principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Stack parts weighing up to 30 lbs. for extended periods, potentially up to 12 hours.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work.
• Willingness to work first and second shifts (this position is for second shift only).
• Good attendance record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of variable temperatures and work volumes.
