The General Laborer role involves operating power equipment, delivering high-quality service, and maintaining safety and customer satisfaction across all shifts. Evening and weekend hours are required, with daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, either orally or in writing.
• Must follow all health and safety requirements.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators).
• Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift).
• Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools.
• Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties (e.g., recycling, painting, filter changes, fabrication machinery support, and coolant services).
• Perform grounds maintenance services (e.g., landscaping and snow removal).
• Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
