Job Description
Will perform various labor-intensive tasks in an industrial setting under the supervision of a foreman or supervisor. Tasks include operating hand and power tools, site cleaning, trench digging, site preparation, and assisting other craft workers. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor tasks.
• Assist with asphalt patching, trench excavation, and site cleanup.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Handle materials, load/unload trucks, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Operate equipment safely and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist with landscaping and building maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Meet attendance and dependability requirements.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• At least 1 year of industrial experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
