Shift: Starts at 7am, with some flexibility required.
Iron Eagle specializes in industrial services, including industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, and waste management. We are expanding and seeking GENERAL LABORER/FIELD TECHS to join our on-site team in Eagan, MN.
This role is based at a battery processing plant, involving cleaning, decontamination in confined spaces, and outdoor environments. It requires physical effort and the use of various equipment, tools, and machinery, including PPE for hazardous materials.
Emergency response and priority jobs may require immediate mobilization.
Standard shift begins at 7am, with some flexibility. Overtime and schedule changes may occur based on project needs. Full-time hours are guaranteed, averaging 2080-3000 hours/year.
Expected travel about 15% of the year, including scheduled and emergency responses. On-Call rotation of at least 1 week per month is required.
