About Us

Iron Eagle specializes in industrial services, including industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, and waste management. We are expanding and seeking GENERAL LABORER/FIELD TECHS to join our on-site team in Eagan, MN.

Overview

This role is based at a battery processing plant, involving cleaning, decontamination in confined spaces, and outdoor environments. It requires physical effort and the use of various equipment, tools, and machinery, including PPE for hazardous materials.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct pressure washing inside the battery processing plant.
• Shovel heavy solids and ground-up battery materials.
• Clean vacuum trucks and basins.
• Maintain pond systems and pumps.
• Perform light equipment maintenance.
• Assist with site remediation, decontamination, and hazardous material handling.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and equipment.

Working Conditions

• Proper PPE required.
• Primarily indoor at the battery crushing/grinding facility, with outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Exposure to battery materials and heavy solids.

Additional Notes

Emergency response and priority jobs may require immediate mobilization.

Requirements

• Comfort working in confined spaces with full HazMat PPE.
• Valid Driver's License.

Shifts & Schedule

Standard shift begins at 7am, with some flexibility. Overtime and schedule changes may occur based on project needs. Full-time hours are guaranteed, averaging 2080-3000 hours/year.

Travel & On-Call

Expected travel about 15% of the year, including scheduled and emergency responses. On-Call rotation of at least 1 week per month is required.
