Job summary

Intermountain Electronics seeks a General Laborer for the Day Shift at our Centralia, IL facility to support assembly, cleaning, and prep work for production as part of a turnkey power distribution and control systems operation.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, teamwork, and readiness to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while contributing to product readiness for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare equipment to meet FOD requirements before shipment.
• Assemble, install, disassemble, clean and repair as related to the job.
• Collect and remove garbage and debris inside and outside the facility.
• Maintain organization on the shop floor and proper tool storage.
• Operate hand and shop tools and ensure safe, proper use.
• Attend to multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Be a team player and self-motivated.
