We are seeking a Part-Time grounds porter to join our team, and training will be provided! This position involves taking care of our properties, performing grounds work, and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and orderly environment.

We have two positions available! You will be trained. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to clean properties anytime between 6am-6pm. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking daytime employment with flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash and debris around the property grounds, replace trash can liners, and occasionally blow leaves in walkways.
• If applicable, clean and arrange furniture in pool areas and pick up trash and debris.
• Clean restrooms as needed.
• Adhere to estimated labor times.
• Notify management of supply needs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Hours: Sea World Area (Zip Code 78245)

• 2 Positions available
• Monday-Friday
• Anytime between 6am-6pm
• 10-20 hours per week, with potential for more
