Job summary

PeopleReady is hiring General Laborers to join our diverse teams across hospitality, production, warehouse, and other areas. You’ll gain new skills by working in multiple settings and industries, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments.

Pay ranges from $14 to $16 per hour, with next-day pay options and a choice of various shift patterns to fit your needs. Applicants must be 18+ and able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Requires physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Experience in general labor across hospitality, production, warehouse, or related fields preferred.
• Some roles may require a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying environments.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality tasks: event setup/breakdown, general maintenance.
• Production support: assemble products, operate machinery, perform quality checks.
• Warehouse duties: load/unload, inventory management, clean workspace.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for timely auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling efforts.
• Flagging: direct and control traffic around sites for safety.
