Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to join our dynamic team across hospitality, production, warehouse, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging. You will gain experience across multiple industries while contributing to a variety of roles.

Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour with next-day pay and options for short- or long-term positions. Roles require physical fitness, ability to work outdoors, and a valid drivers license for auto auction tasks as applicable.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, but some specialized tasks may need on‑the‑job training.
• Experience in general labor preferred across the listed sectors.
• A valid drivers license is required for auto auction driver roles.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to keep venues clean and welcoming.
• Production: support manufacturing processes by assembling products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory, and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for timely auto auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling for a clean environment.
• Flagging: direct and control traffic around sites to ensure safety.
