We are looking for an experienced General Laborer to join our team! You will make an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes demolition of damaged areas and other restoration activities.

If you are IICRC certified, that is a plus. If not, we will provide training.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production/restoration processes according to work orders and crew chief instructions
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave the job site clean and orderly
• Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians

Preferred Qualifications (training provided if not possessed):

• IICRC certification
• Experience in cleaning/restoration demo
• Experience serving commercial properties
• High school diploma or GED

Must Have:

• Valid Driver's License in good standing; insurable by our insurance carrier

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products and chemicals
