Job description

We are looking for an experienced General Laborer to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of demolition of damaged areas and other restoration activities.

If you are IICRC certified, that is a plus. If you are not certified, we will train.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions
2. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
3. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
4. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
5. Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
6. Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians

Preferred Qualifications (not necessary, we will train on the job):

1. IICRC certification
2. Experience in cleaning/restoration demo
3. Experience serving commercial properties
4. High school diploma/GED

Minimum Requirements:

1. Valid Driver License in good standing - must be insurable by our insurance carrier

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
2. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
3. Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
4. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
5. Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
