Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a dedicated general laborer in Boston to support field operations on active projects. You will perform site preparation, material handling, and routine equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and quality on busy construction sites.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a HS diploma or GED, and OSHA 10 certification with OSHA 30 preferred. You will work with skilled trades to keep projects on schedule and maintain organized, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
• Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
