Job summary

C&B Operations is seeking a General Laborer to handle hands-on duties in the wash bay and assist with deliveries, yard organization, and shop operations. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and readiness of equipment for use.

You will operate a pressure washer, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all safety procedures. Training and internal growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.
• Comfort operating equipment in a wash bay environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other shop equipment.
• General computer familiarity for basic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washer to clean equipment and machinery.
• Clean and maintain wash bay, shop, and yard areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and parts.
• Move and stage equipment safely in the yard and shop.
• Support equipment deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Operate trucks, trailers, and forklifts when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.

C&B Operations is looking for someone who likes hands-on work and takes pride in keeping equipment clean, safe, and ready to go. You’ll spend most of your time in the wash bay while also supporting deliveries, yard organization, and overall shop operations. Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to operate various motor vehicles to pick up, move and deliver parts and equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
• Ability to operate machines and equipment for maintenance, cleaning and repair of the facility
