Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon seeks general production personnel. Follow production orders to stack 10–50 lb bundles on pallets, use a vacuum lift, and wrap bundles with tape. Expect to stand and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Shifts run Day 7:00–3:00, Swing 3:00–11:00, Night 11:00–7:00 with potential Saturdays and overtime. You will perform pallet jack movements, sorting, and general housekeeping while supporting multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle 10–50 lb bundles and stack on pallets.
• Stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Follow production orders and maintain safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow production order to stack 10-50 lb bundles on pallets.
• Utilize vacuum lift to move heavy bales from the discharge conveyor to pallets.
• Wrap bundles using paper gum tape.
• Occasional use of manual pallet jack.
• Sort and lift pallets; perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with baling 3-5 machine lines per shift.
