Job description

General Laborer/Assembler
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay rate: $18-$20/hr, padi weekly
Shift: 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Saturdays are required when needed.

Responsibilities:

· Assemble equipment from factory.

· Load and unload trucks, help maintain equipment yard and shop.

· Install accessories and dealer installed options

· Perform routine maintenance on equipment (oil changes, etc.)

· Assist Repair Technicians as needed.

· Work on different types of equipment including but not limited to: tractors, box blades, rotary cutters, other 3-point attachments, zero-turns, other mowers, skid steers, backhoes, excavators, etc.

· This position works outside in our non-climate-controlled shop. (With a Fan and a Porta-Cool).

Requirements:

· The Technician will need to have their own complete set of basic mechanical tools (specialty tools will be provided).

· Candidate must have no lifting restrictions

· Must have a valid drivers license

· Candidate MUST be able to read and write in English.

· Technicians must be able to tolerate a range of weather and temperatures, including the Florida afternoon heat.
