Mission

Reeves Construction Company is seeking a General Laborer for an asphalt crew based in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety above all else.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform physical labor involving shoveling dirt, sand, asphalt, or concrete.
2. Assist in various labor activities such as tree trimming, stake driving, pavement breaking, hole digging, operating compaction devices, and brooming.
3. Work at different locations including asphalt plants, roads, building sites, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Own transportation required.
• Ability to work safely and follow company policies.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Driving license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, handle various physical tasks, and have 20/40 vision with or without correction. Ability to hear well is also required.

Work Environment

Work involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, weather conditions, vibration, and loud noise. Protective measures will be provided for hazardous conditions.
