General Laborer:

Summary:

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers who can qualify for a carpentry apprenticeship. Our team is committed to growth from the inside out. If you have an aptitude for building, combined with a strong work ethic, we have a long‑term home for you. General Laborers with SDV will work with best‑in‑class construction leadership to build the most important structures for our community.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Support – Assist Craftsmen, Follow Direction, Safely Execute Work Plans, ETC.
• Ability to Learn – Hands on Training, Classroom, Instructional Labs, ETC.
• Safety Commitment – Recognize hazards, Follow Precautions, Participate in Planning, ETC.
• Site Maintenance – Organize Tools and Material, Clear Walkways, Demolition, ETC.

Fundamental Job Requirements
