Join to apply for the General Laborer (all shifts available) role at Peninsula Powder Coating Inc.

Peninsula Powder Coating seeks full-time General Laborers to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. All shifts available. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train motivated individuals.

What We Offer:

• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, with shifts on all times. Schedules may flex based on production demands.

• Day shift: 7am - 3:30pm
• Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 12 midnight
• Night shift: 10:30pm – 7am

What We Are Looking For:

• Motivated individuals with an excellent work ethic; previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail.
• Ability to clean, sort parts, organize, and maintain the production floor.
• Ability to assemble packaging for shipments.
• Comfortable working in environments with fumes and chemicals used in industrial coating and cleaning.
