Since 1872, we have been producing quality beverages for the Midwest, supplied from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Position Summary: Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
2. Operate industrial power equipment.
3. Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
4. Perform general maintenance tasks.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
6. Fill in for other positions as needed.
7. Manually lift and move products to restock and repack areas, ensuring proper date coding and rotation.
8. Use manual or powered material handling equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) to move products and materials.
9. Assist with daily warehouse housekeeping and maintenance.
10. Adapt to changing tasks and handle other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous forklift experience preferred

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Effective communication skills
• Dexterity and manual skills
• Ability to operate manual and powered equipment, including forklifts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English for communication and operation purposes

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with hot and humid conditions during warmer months. Extended hours may be required for loading.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to see clearly at various distances and in different conditions, including color and peripheral vision
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, sitting, kneeling, and squatting
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Shifts Available: 4 am until shift completion or 5 am until shift completion

Pay: $17.14 per hour
