Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a dependable General Laborer for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM). You will load/unload trucks, receive materials, stock inventory, prepare shipments, and support cycle counts in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to load/unload trucks using equipment.
• Receive, verify and organize incoming materials.
• Tag, label and stock inventory.
• Prepare products for shipment and secure loads.
• Track inventory and shipments in computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials
• Tag, label, and stock inventory
• Prepare products for shipment by wrapping, banding, and securing loads
• Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists
• Track inventory and shipments using computerized systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Coordinate shipments with internal departments, customers, and vendors
• Assemble machine castings per customer specification
• Wash parts as needed
