Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for full-time 3rd Shift General Laborers to join a fast-paced automotive customization facility in Wentzville. You will cross-train across 7+ active prep and finishing stations, preparing new trucks for robotic bed-liner spraying while earning strong overnight pay with steady hours.

What you will do includes surface cleaning, masking, abrasive prep, robotic line support, demasking, finishing, and learning multiple stations to support shift

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Must be available any day of the week; weekend shifts may be required.
• Detail-oriented with steady hands for masking and thickness checks.
• Reliable attendance and punctual travel to the site.
• Able to perform physical tasks including bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Surface Cleaning & Masking: remove dust, apply masking along tailgates, apply protective plastic.
• Abrasive Prep: scuff bed surfaces and apply bed emblems before spraying.
• Robotic Line Support: prepare vehicles for automated spray chambers.
• Demasking & Finishing: unwrap, remove tape, clean, and verify liner thickness.
• Rotation: learn multiple stations to support shift production.

What You Will Do

• Surface Cleaning & Masking: Clear out dust/debris from truck beds, set precision wire tape along tailgates, and apply dual-layer protective plastic to vehicle bodies.

• Abrasive Prep: Scuff critical bed surfaces with SOS pads to guarantee proper liner adhesion, and apply bed emblems prior to spraying.

• Robotic Line Support: Prepare and guide vehicles moving into automated spray chambers for fiberglass/liner application.

• Demasking & Finishing: Unwrap vehicles coming off the spray line, strip tape, perform final cleanup, and gauge liner thickness across all bed surfaces.

• Rotation: Learn multiple stations along the line to support overall shift production needs.

What You Need

• Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.

• Shift Rules: No family members or friends allowed to work on the same shift.

• Schedule Availability: Must be available any day of the week; weekend shifts may be mandatory based on vehicle output requirements.

• Detail Orientation: Steady hands for precise tape lining, masking, and thickness verification checks.
