General Laborer - 1st Shift

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in RIDC Park, Nidec Vamco Corporation is a fast growing manufacturer, and a global leader in design of high speed servo equipment for the metal stamping industry.

Nidec Vamco Corporation is currently hiring general laborers in our facility in Blawnox, PA in RIDC Industrial Park.

Position Summary:

Assist as needed with light duty assembly processes.

Assist with picking and packing orders, restocking inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

Assist as needed with finish machine paint prep.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Applicant must 21 years or older
• Have an insurable driving record
• Criminal Background check and drug screening
• Able to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
• Forklift experience preferred
• Moderate Physical Effort (lift/carry up to 50 pounds)
• Prolonged standing. Walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
