General Laborer

Compensation: $19.00/hour - $21.00/hour + Productivity Bonuses

Employment Type: Full-Time (average 45-50 hours per week)

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning baled material
• Assuring that recycling meets standards for purchases or disposal
• Assuring the safe operation of equipment while following company policies and procedures
• Performing daily clean up and processing of all material before close
• Performing other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and responsible for independent decisions
• Willing to learn and be trained on heavy equipment, compactor, baler, conveyor, and fork lift machinery
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Regularly handle the lifting of up to 50-pounds
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
