Job summary

Litco International, located at 5232 Tod Ave SW, Warren, OH 44481, is seeking dependable General Laborers to assemble custom wooden crates for industrial equipment. The role is on-site, Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm with occasional overtime on Fridays.

You will safely operate nail guns, saws, drills, and other shop equipment, read basic drawings, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Starting pay is up to $21.00 per hour with strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Location

The position is located at 5232 Tod Ave SW, #2A, Warren, OH 44481. It is an on-site, role Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm, with occasional overtime as‑needed on Friday.

Reporting Relationships

The General Laborer will report directly to the Plant Manager, working closely with floor supervisors and other laborers.
