Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
• Work as part of a team to complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure project completion within established timeframe and meet customer satisfaction
• Operate various construction, demolition, and drying equipment
• Work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
• Follow directions from Crew Chiefs and adhere to safety procedures
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Be flexible to work overtime and some holidays on a rotating schedule
• Maintain punctuality and reliability
