Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and take constructive feedback.
• Physically able to lift, move, and work on-site as part of a field crew.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers on residential job sites.
• Observe and learn the installation process and responsibilities of senior crew members.
• Help with job site preparation, setup, and clean-up.
• Maintain organization of tools, trucks, and materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading work trucks.
• Learn proper safety procedures and follow all site protocols.
• Understand and assist with job documentation and daily tasks.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and a willingness to take on new tasks.
