Job summary

Exterior Associates Inc. is seeking a General Laborer in Vernon, CT. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, no prior experience required, and a path into skilled trades. You’ll join our Field Operations team, learn on the job, and contribute from day one on residential door/window projects.

Starting wage is $17–$22+ per hour with a year-end bonus and consistent, full-time hours. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential as you grow with our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - training provided
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and take constructive feedback
• Physically able to lift, move, and work on-site as part of a field crew
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• No certifications required
• Valid Drivers Licence required

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers on residential job sites
• Observe and learn the installation process and responsibilities of senior crew members
• Help with job site preparation, setup, and clean-up
• Maintain organization of tools, trucks, and materials
• Assist in loading and unloading work trucks
• Learn proper safety procedures and follow all site protocols
• Understand and assist with job documentation and daily tasks
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and a willingness to take on new tasks
