The position involves using hand and power tools, loading/unloading materials, and assisting with light duties. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4pm, with benefits including insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver and secure vehicles inside ocean containers in very tight clearances.
• Assist in installation and assembly of vehicle racking systems.
• Quality verification during assembly (alignment and proper fitting of parts).
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting with light loading.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Support team members with general labor tasks as needed.

Essential Function:

A core duty of this position is maneuvering within a confined workspace between the vehicle and the interior container wall during loading. This space is approximately 8 inches on each side and is necessary for securing vehicles and completing tie‑down procedures. Applicants must be able to perform this essential function, with or without reasonable accommodation.
